Mr. Qin has long been engaged in educational work in both China and the United States. As an expert in new media education and international education with over 20 years of professional experience, he is the founder of multiple innovative educational institutions. Mr. Qin is a member of the American Educational Research Association and a former member of the China Education Association and the China Computer Federation. He holds a Master of Science degree from New York Medical College in the United States.
